Compress Your Files
Put all your files into a folder (include the document files, images, fonts and any support files you think we might need) and then compress the folder into a ZIP or SIT file.
Most WINDOWS users will compress to ZIP files, while most MAC users will compress to SIT (Stuffit files). You MUST compress the folder for the most efficient uploading to our servers. Be sure and remember the folder name for the next step!
Electronic Request Form
Fill out this form and send it to us from our secure request page. This alerts us that your job is coming and the name of the folder you are sending so we can open an account for you. You can also print and save the form for your records.

Send via Your FTP Program
When we receive your Electronic Request Form, we will assign you an account and space on our servers. For security reasons, we will send you an e-mail with your account name and password. Normally, this account will stay open for thirty (30) days. During that time you can upload your files to us for all your jobs.
You will need an FTP program to send the files. Common FTP programs are WT-FTP for Windows and FETCH for Macintosh.

That's all there is to it!
